Notice of Summer Holidays 2023

Please note that we will be closed for the summer holidays on the following days.

Summer holidays: Friday, August 11 to Sunday, August 20, 2023
 
We will be closed from Friday, August 11 to Sunday, August 20, along with regular holidays on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays.
The Hidakawashi factory will also be closed during the same period, and in-store pickup orders will not be available.
 
About delivery date

Orders placed by 12:00 p.m. on 8/10 (Thu.): We will inform you of the delivery date by e-mail “We have received your order” on the same day.

Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. on 8/10 (Thu.): We will contact you on 8/21 (Mon.).

Estimated delivery date

If you choose bank transfer payment (prepayment), arrangements will be made after payment is confirmed.
If you are in a hurry, please use cash on delivery (COD) or credit card payment.

Inquiries during holidays

Please use the inquiry form. Please note that it may take a few days for us to reply.
 
If you have any questions regarding the delivery status of your parcel or wish to request a re-delivery, please contact the delivery company directly using the waybill number on the e-mail sent by the delivery company.

夏季休業のお知らせ
いつもhidakawashi.netをご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。
誠に勝手ながら、下記日程を夏季休業とさせていただきます。

夏季休業期間 2023年8月11日(金)～8月20日(日)
 
8月11日(金)〜8月20日(日)は、土・日・祝日の定休日と合わせてお休みさせていただきます。また、ひだか和紙本社工場も同期間休業となり、店頭受取のご注文はお受けできません。
 
納期について

8/10(木)12:00までのご注文分とさせていただきます： 当日中に「ご注文を承りました」メールにて納期をご連絡いたします。

8/10(木)15:00以降のご注文：8/21(木)にご連絡いたします.
正式な納期は、ご注文後にお送りする「ご注文承諾メール」にてご確認ください。

銀行振込（前払い）をご選択の場合は、ご入金確認後の手配となります。
お急ぎの場合は、代金引換またはクレジットカード決済をご利用ください。

休業中のお問い合わせ

お問い合わせフォームをご利用ください。ご回答までに数日かかる場合がございます。
 
お荷物の配送状況についてのお問い合わせ、再配達のご依頼は、配送会社からお送りするメールに記載されている送り状番号にて、配送会社へ直接お問い合わせください。
